Our Playgroup is used by children from the village of Wick
and the surrounding rural area, as well as by many families from
further afield. We have extensive experience of integrating
children with many different special needs and those from different
cultural backgrounds. We offer childcare and early years education
from 2˝ - 4 years of age.
We hope that this website will answer any questions you may
have about our group. If you would like to find out more you are
very welcome to contact us, or make an appointment to visit the

Community Playgroup
Wick and District Playgroup is a Community Playgroup.
This means that it is owned and managed by parents. A small
committee of parents, elected by parents, is formed each year. This
committee ensures that decisions taken by parents are implemented.
It also employs the Playgroup's staff.
More details about community Playgroups and the role of
committee members are available from the group's secretary.
